The renters and owners agree to the following:

• Rental fee $2,500 per month plus cleaning
• 30 day minimum
• Cleaning deposit $500
• Christmas & New Year's rates are higher
• Dishwasher must be clean and unloaded on departure
• Bedding and towels will be changed by cleaning crew after each rental
• Check in time after 3:00 p.m.
• Check out time by 11:00 a.m.
• Payments accepted are personal checks 30 days in advance or Venmo
